Business Vision

The WIN Team, LLC is in the midst of an exciting expansion phase of the organization’s growth.  Our goal includes a re-branding of our services under a new name, WIN Family Health.  We have prepared our leadership team for strategic growth opportunities that involve opening four (4) new service lines in fiscal year FY2018 including an Opioid Treatment Center(s), potential acquisitions currently under review, and the opening of a new fifteen thousand square foot therapeutic wellness facility in Baltimore.

Although our five year fiscal projections of $20 million in annual revenue relates to our current services within behavioral health, we are also considering additional expansion of our services in integrative healthcare, which includes outpatient physical health and cost efficient somatic health services.  In addition, we plan to initiate our organizational development training, which will open entirely new business opportunities for our agency.  Finally, our plans for the coming fiscal year include the provision of partial hospitalization for mental health and substance abuse patients.  Because of the continuity and continuum of our service array and the volume of our current client population that qualify for these additional services, our new programs are positioned to be fast-tracked in their growth and sustainability.
